I have always loved laying out but after having some sun damage that was pre cancerous I stay out of the sun and always where spf. Even though I stay out of the sun I LOVE being tan, this is where St. Tropez self tanner comes in. This is the best self tanner I have ever used. It’s amazing on your body and your face! The key with it is it has a brown base not orange, so there is no chance of you turning into an oompa loompa, instead you get a bronzed brown glow. You can get it at Sephora for $30.
A great tip when applying self tanner is to use gloves!!! I like using latex gloves, I get mine at the beauty supply store but even Home Depot has them. Keep them on while you evenly rub in the self tanner. Taking them off at the end and lightly rubbing the tanner over your hands. This protects your hands so they don’t get too dark while rubbing it in. It’s also great to use a body scrub with a wash cloth in the shower before you apply the tanner to get rid of any dead skin and help it go on smoother.
