2 oz / 56 ml gin
1/2 oz / 14 ml vermouth
Pour the vermouth into an ice-filled shaker to coat the ice with vermouth. Strain all of the vermouth away. Pour the gin into the shaker. Stir for a few seconds to chill the gin. Strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a curl of a lemon peel and or an olive. Enjoy!
