11111111111111to-32Steamed veggies always sound great to me but for a long time I wouldn’t make them because I didn’t own a steamer.

This is a really easy way I found to steam your favorite veggies. Fill a saucepan up with water and get it boiling on med/hi heat.

Put a strainer on top of the saucepan and put your veggies in it. If you are making broccoli or cauliflower it’s usually best to cut it into pieces.

Once it starts cooking I like to add a little butter and seasoning if you want, stir it around and viola! You’re done! 🙂
