I went to a vineyard in Santa Barbara, Ca a few weeks ago and did a wine paring. Now this is something I really want to learn how to do!
I couldn’t believe how the different wines brought out all these amazing flavors in the food! I wanted to share two of the fantastic quick and easy dishes that were just delicious! I have made them a couple times for my family since then and they all loved them! The best part is, there is no cooking involved! Yay!
The first appetizer is Cucumber slices, Green Melon Balls drizzled with olive oil.
The second, Uncooked String Beans, Cherry Yellow and Red Tomatoes and fresh Basil drizzled in Balsamic Vinegar with a touch of olive oil.
