img_12431I went to a vineyard in Santa Barbara, Ca a few weeks ago and did a wine paring. Now this is something I really want to learn how to do!

I couldn’t believe how the different wines brought out all these amazing flavors in the food! I wanted to share two of the fantastic quick and easy dishes that were just delicious! I have made them a couple times for my family since then and they all loved them! The best part is, there is no cooking involved! Yay!

img_12531The second, Uncooked String Beans, Cherry Yellow and Red Tomatoes and fresh Basil drizzled in Balsamic Vinegar with a touch of olive oil.
