I’m sitting in San Fransisco at Starbucks today reading my twitter comments and a lot of women wanted to learn how my good friend and celebrity makeup artist Troy Jensen gave me my VDAY look. Troy has given me all of the products he used on me, and the best part… they are all by Revlon and very affordable!

If you can’t listen to iHeart, Troy has given you all of his step-by-step directions:

First Prep the skin with a light moisturizer.

30997541005Then Apply Revlon’s PhotoReady SkinLights Face illuminator to the top of the cheekbone, jawline and I blended onto the neck, Ball of the shoulders and clavicle bones. This give a soft instant radiance to the skin.
Next, I used Revlon’s PhotoReady Concealer in Light/Medium and dotted under eyes, around mouth and blended well into the skin.
I’m a big fan of Revlon’s Colorstay liquid foundation. I love the long lasting formula and the cold range is amazing. I used shade golden Beige and blended it evenly with a foundation brush over Courtney’s entire face and neck. It looks like real skin. And I didn’t have to use a lot of powder to set it.

30997108504The powder I did use was Revlon’s Colorstay Nearly Naked Pressed Powder in Medium.
I applied it mostly to the Tzone, leaving the top of the cheekbones and jawline dewy and un powdered.

For cheeks I used a few products to achieve chiseled, flushed cheeks.
I first patted on a touch of Revlon’s Cream blush in Pinched to Courtney’s apples, then Dusted over the apples with Revlon’s Highlighting Palette in Rose Glow.

I gave a sexy subtle contour with Revlon’s Photoready Sculpting Blush Palette in 004# Berry. I used a soft angled blush brush and applied the bronzer to the lower cheek bones.

30997853512Courtney’s light blue/green eyes really popped with a smokey bronze eye. I used Revlon’s Photoready Primer/Shadow and Sparkle in Metropolitan #501. I like to use a damp eyeshadow blending brush to layer the color. I start with the middle shade. A warm rusty bronze and blend it over the entire eyelid. The using Revlon ColorStay 12 Hour Eye Shadow with SoftFlex in Copper Spice. I start blending the darkest shade. I will blend it along the upper lash line and bring it out and blend it into the crease. You can go as dramatic as you wish with these palettes.

30997048603Next I lined the upper lash line with Revlon’s Liquid eye pen in Blackest Black.
This really defines the eye.

Then I curled and coated Courtney’s Lashes with Revlon’s Lash Potion Mascara in Blackest Black.

I applied a few coats, then I applied a faux lash strip for added flair.

30997810024To create Courtney’s luscious pout. First Line your lips with Revlon’s Colorstay lip liner in Rose.
You can line a touch over the upper bow and just at the lower lip. Not all around. Be sure to blend with a lip brush.
If the liner is going on waxy. You might need to apply a lip conditioner first. It should glide on and blend into the lips.

30997839220Next apply Revlon’s Colorstay overtime Liquid Lipcolor in Forever Pink.
It has a ling lasting color on one side and a clear gloss on the other. Apply the color side first then I apply the gloss just to the center of the bottom lip and at the upper bow.
