flowerpic1It’s finally Spring! Thank goodness! Time to kiss that cold weather goodbye and start gardening! If you’re like me then you probably have some exciting gardening plans ahead of you this Spring. I recently picked up a bunch of seed packets from The Home Depot Nursery. I bought tomatoes, squash, zuchinni and even watermelon!

It’s easy to get super excited while garden shopping but how do you keep everything organized when you get home? There are certain times of years for each type of plant so to help you plan out your gardening schedule in a pretty way I came up with this fun and easy tip for you.

flowerpic2Buy a yard of burlap fabric, available at Joanns Fabrics. Cut it into strips about 2 inches wide leaving the length. You can also use ribbon too for this, Michaels Arts & Crafts always has a huge selection.

Using fabric or puffy paint write each month or season at the top of your strips. Nail in place on a wall and hang your seed packets off the fabric stips with clothes pins.

This is a great way to keep everything nice and neat while creating pretty wall art as well!
