Here’s what you’ll need:

wrappingpaper1Tinsel or Aluminum Foil (for sparkle)

Colorful Scrap Paper (News Paper or Wrapping Paper works great too!)

Scissors

Elmers Glue and Glitter (optional)

Scotch Tape

 

confettiUsing scissors cut up your colorful paper and tinsel or aluminum foil (for some shine) into tiny pieces.

If you are using wrapping paper go with patterns that have gold or silver for extra sparkle. You’ll need about a cup of paper and foil shredded per cone.

 

 

conedirections1Next using a large piece of wrapping paper or newspaper make a cone securing in place with scotch tape. Using your Elmers Glue write out 2015 or any message you like on the cone, cover in glitter then shake off. (optional) Once it dries, place your confetti inside and enjoy!
