Dark Chocolate. The flavanol antioxidant found in chocolate creates smoother skin.

 

 

 

imaVitamins. It’s always a struggle for me to remember to take my vitamins but it’s worth it. I like taking Vitamin E and a vitamin for my skin, hair and nails. Zinc, Iron and Vitamin A are also great for your hair, skin and nails.

Sleep. Do you ever notice when you are not sleeping enough you can see a big difference in your skin. It’s texture becomes dull and in my case fine lines come out. Getting plenty of rest is essential to keeping a youthful appearance. Try to get more than 7 hours per night.
