Here are some less obvious ways to score beautiful skin.
Eat more omega rich foods. Fatty acids found in Salmon, Mackerel and Tuna help retain moisture in your skin, giving you a glowing complexion.
Dark Chocolate. The flavanol antioxidant found in chocolate creates smoother skin.
Vitamins. It’s always a struggle for me to remember to take my vitamins but it’s worth it. I like taking Vitamin E and a vitamin for my skin, hair and nails. Zinc, Iron and Vitamin A are also great for your hair, skin and nails.
Sleep. Do you ever notice when you are not sleeping enough you can see a big difference in your skin. It’s texture becomes dull and in my case fine lines come out. Getting plenty of rest is essential to keeping a youthful appearance. Try to get more than 7 hours per night.
