There is nothing that makes you feel more special than arriving at a dinner party and seeing your name on a place card. Just knowing that the host took the time to write out your name and put thought into where you would be most comfortable sitting makes anyone feel important.
Not only are name cards beautiful but they take away that uncomfortable feeling you may have when you don’t know where to sit!
The best thing about place cards is that they are incredibly inexpensive but oh so chic. There are many fun ways you can make place cards, the most basic is using card stock and a calligraphy pen.
Step 1. Cut out a square of card stock measuring about 4 inches tall and 3 inches wide. Fold in half.
Step 2. Write your guests name in the front.
Step 3. Place at the top of the place setting.
