photo-13-e1329427338990-225x300The other week I was at the Four Seasons in Westlake, Ca. I noticed the most beautiful arrangment I had ever seen.

I decided to recreate it at home.

I’m sure they paid a fortune to their florist.

I spent under $100 making 3 arrangements.

Here’s what I did. I bought 3 terra cotta pots from Home Depot. About $6 each. I also bought the holder plate to go underneath the pot to prevent leakadge. All different sizes. I spray painted 2 of them bronze and 1 gold. I let them sit overnight.

Next I lined the inside of the pots with tin foil, and added in my floral foam. I started with my fillers all around the base. Rotating to get them as even as possible. Then I added in my lillie’s. Next I cut and added in branches to give them a a more dramatic look. I used different fillers than the Four Seasons Arrangements but they turned out really beautiful and smelt amazing. I don’t have a big entryway to put them how they did at the hotel so I ended up placing them separatly around the house.
