4thkerryjars1Summer is flying by and if you’re anything thing like me you can’t believe the 4th is right around the corner. I’m always looking for fun ways to dress up and transform simple things  you have lying around the house. Breathing new life into something that may have been overlooked is just the best! I stumbled on these Kerry jars I had bought years ago and had used a few times when entertaining throughout the summer. As cute as they are, they can be a bit basic. I’ve put a new spin on them for this holiday! These couldn’t be any cuter and the best part is, they are super simple and quick to do. Start off by hitting up the bead aisle Michaels Art’s and Crafts and find some oversized beads with flat backs that speak to you.

kerryjars4th2I found really pretty ones with Red, White and Blue rhinestones. You could also do this project with buttons, old broaches, you name it. Hot glue them into place in creative patterns minding there is still enough open space to actually hold the drink, add in a fun colorful straw and enjoy! Trust me your guests will be blown away!!! You can thank me later. Xx
