I made this the other night for girlfriends. I just threw in what I thought would be yummy. It turned out to be a huge hit and it was so easy and quick.
3 breasts of chicken
snow peas
chinese sprouts
carrots
broccoli
mini onions
brown rice
toasted sesame maranade
Start by making brown rice. I made about 4 cups. Chop up the carrots and broccoli and steam or boil.
Pan cook the chicken and season to taste. I love using onion powder, lemon pepper and a pinch of salt.
In a large saucepan add in veggies with a little olive oil on medium heat.
Strain the veggies, slice up the onions, add into a big saucepan with a little olive oil.
Stir in the chicken, rice and add soy sauce and the marinade and enjoy! Trust me this is delicious!!!!
