Because I am such a girlie-girl, not many people know that I am also a big sports fan. I LOVE the Kentucky Derby and am also totally into football. I’ve been known to show up at a Super bowl party AFTER the game is over to make sure I actually get to watch it. I was a big fan of watching Carrie Underwood surprise fans the other night when she sing the national anthem at the Stanley Cup playoff game between the Nashville Predators and the Chicago Blackhawks in Nashville. Carrie’s husband, Mike Fisher, is the team captain and she was all decked out for her performance and the game in the team’s gold and blue colors…down to her uber trendy nail polish.
