Do you want to do something special and cute for your friends for VDay but you don’t want to break the bank? Here is a fun and easy idea for a sweet treat they are sure to love. Pink chocolate covered pretzel sticks in a dressed up take out box.
Here’s what you will need:
1 bag pretzel sticks
Pink candy chocolate candy melts or white chocolate melted with food coloring.
Sprinkles if desired.
Wax paper
Take out box I bought mine in pink at Michael’s for $1
Your favorite trim
Hot glue gun
Pink paper shredded for a filler or your favorite fabric.
1. Fill a sauce pan up with water and set your burner to high. Place a large bowl on top of the saucepan. Add in your chocolate and keep mixing as it melts. Be careful not to let it burn.
2. Once melted dip in your pretzels. Place on wax paper and add sprinkles if desired before the chocolate dries.
3. Add trim to your take out box and fill with your shredded paper or fabric.
4. One your pretzels have dried place in your take out box and surprise your friends just make sure to save a few for yourself! Enjoy!

Hi there Teri, I’m sorry but you must be confused. Dipping pretzel rods in chocolate is hardly a new invention, so I surely didn’t copy any recipe of yours considering all I used was pretzels, chocolate and sprinkles, unless you somehow invented melting chocolate in which case you deserve an award! As far as the cute Chinese take out box goes, I saw it and swooped it up at Micheal’s Arts & Crafts and thought it would make a nice container for sweets. Then I added some trim. I’m sure since you have enough time on your hands to accuse me of stealing from you, then you most certainly have enough time on your hands to explain to me just how I stole any of these ideas from you.

Well went you just started your site Courtney you had a subject on chocolate molds with the little birds that you did. I’m sure you remember go look on the comments and you thanked me for the idea I never claimed to have invent melting chocolate, or that it was a new idea I just gave you some ideas that I had used, . There is no need to be rude and treat me like a criminal. Just remember every idea you have has been done a thousand times before so it goes both ways. Also for the record you don’t know how much time I have to do what so don’t assume anything. Just a thought though you should at least be a little more nicer to people that try to give you ideas after all you wouldn’t have a website without other peoples ideas or inventions. It pays to be humble and not insult people that give you tips I guess you can only do that for Micheals Arts & Crafts as you spell it out all proper for recognition.
