I had a little get together with champagne and chocolate covered strawberries with some of my girlfriends the other night.. The strawberries were so easy and everyone loved them!
I started by melting white and milk chocolate in two saucepans. Then I dipped my strawberries in the chocolate.
Place the strawberries on wax paper and let dry.
Once dried put them on a platter and serve.
