Turn An Ordinary Glass Into A Festive Candle!

I thought it would be a lot of fun to play around with candles this year on my table for Thanksgiving.

My centerpiece incorporated cabbage and artichokes so I thought it would be fitting to combine candles with something leafy.

I bought black kale from the store, but you can really even use lettuce.

Then using twine or any kind of string or ribbon you like I wrapped small glasses with the leaf securing it with my twine.

Next I filled up the glass with water and placed a Purple votive candle.

Gold’s and White’s are really pretty too!

It took less than 5 minutes, was super simple and cheap and totally enhanced my dining room table.
